What we do in this program:
An evolving dietary and nutrition program for pre pregnancy and nursing mothers, as well as post baby body recomposition.
*Progressive meal programs with essential micronutrients and vitamin and mineral supplement program specific to the individual.
An evolving strength, conditioning and aerobic schedule
Working with and/or around anatomical issues, health of Mom And postnatal specifics, rehab from injury, physical/genetic issues or abnormalities
Coaching, and guidance on how to safely and effectively reach personal goals.
8 optional homework assignments with content directly correlating to each individuals’ physical progression.
A herbal/holistic supplement program that focuses on the individuals’ specific health fitness and physical needs.
