Coaching, support and guidance on how to safely and effectively reach personal goals

All Supplement Protocols along with A herbal/holistic supplement program that focuses on the individuals’ specific physical needs, for all health measures and the best stage package possible.

Contest prep dieting and reverse dieting ** (included in 12 month contract)

Mandatory practice and posing routine (extra fee) *$63.00 for ½ hour $105.00 for 1 hour.
